Kharnak: The Nomadland
Kharnak the Nomad Land: Kharnak is the sub region in Changthang Region of Ladakh the landscape of this region is mixed with Zanskar range and the Tibetan plateau the people of this region were good salt trader three decades back they used to bring salt from this region on a back of sheep and goat in small pouchand on there way back they used to bring wheat from Zanskar. Now it is not practised any more and the young people are studying in Leh and outside of Ladakh so they are very few family who still live there life with animal.
Day 1:Arrival in Leh.
Day 2:Leh sightseeing.
Day 3:Drive to Sara and camp.
Day 4:Trek to Umlung.
Day 5:Trek to Chumik gyatsa.
Day 6:Trek to Yakrupal.
Day 7:Trek to Tsogra over the Zalung-Karpo la 5200m.
Day 8:rek to Dat via Tangse sumdo.
Day 9: Drive to Pangchan experience the life of Nomad.
Day 10:Drive to Tsokar lake and camp.
Day 11: Drive to Leh via Taglang la.
Day 12:Free day in Leh.
Day 13:Fly back to Delhi.
